Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: Chocolate chips or chopped nuts for topping

Instructions

Preparation of Raspberries: If using frozen raspberries, allow them to thaw slightly. In a mixing bowl, gently mash the raspberries with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.

Mix the Yogurt: In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

Combine Ingredients: Fold the mashed raspberries into the yogurt mixture gently. Be careful not to over-mix; you want to see swirls of raspberry throughout.

Spoon into Molds: Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, fill silicone molds or an ice cube tray with the yogurt-raspberry mixture. If desired, sprinkle some chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top for added texture and flavor.

Freeze the Bites: Place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until completely solid.

Remove and Serve: Once the yogurt bites are fully frozen, remove them from the molds. If they are sticking, you can run the bottom of the mold under warm water for a few seconds to release them easily.

Enjoy: Snack on these delightful frozen raspberry yogurt bites straight away, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
