Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/4 cup granola (for topping)

2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

Prep the Pan: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, making sure the paper hangs over the edges for easy removal later.

Blend the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey/maple syrup (if using). Stir until smooth and well incorporated.

Assemble the Layer: Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the lined baking sheet, creating a layer about 1/2 inch thick.

Add the Fruit: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries and bananas over the yogurt layer, gently pressing them in to secure them.

Sprinkle the Toppings: Evenly sprinkle granola and shredded coconut over the fruit.

Drizzle with Chocolate: If using, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt and fruit layer with a spoon for a decorative touch.

Freeze Time: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, lift the bark out of the baking sheet using the parchment paper, and break it into pieces or cut it into squares.

Serve & Enjoy: Serve immediately or store the bark pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
