Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup fresh mango, diced (or frozen mango, thawed)

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or granola for added crunch

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: In a mixing bowl, combine the halved strawberries and diced mango. Stir them gently to mix. If you prefer, you can toss in a tablespoon of honey to sweeten the fruit, but this is optional.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and well combined.

Assemble Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, dollop a small amount of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment, creating small circles. Top each dollop with a piece of the mixed strawberries and mango, lightly pressing them into the yogurt.

Add Optional Toppings: If desired, sprinkle some shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or granola on top of each cluster for added texture and flavor.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt clusters freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until firm.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in a zip-top bag or airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy them as a refreshing snack right out of the freezer!
