Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

½ cup mini pretzels, roughly crushed

2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips or melted chocolate (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the honey is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

Prepare the Strawberries: In another bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with a pinch of sea salt to enhance their flavor.

Line the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring the paper overhangs slightly for easy removal later.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly, creating a rectangle about ½ inch thick.

Add Toppings: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries and crushed pretzels over the yogurt layer. If using, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top for an extra touch of sweetness.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it sit until fully frozen, at least 3-4 hours or overnight for the best texture.

Break into Pieces: Once completely frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer. Lift the entire sheet from the pan using the overhanging parchment paper. Break the bark into pieces of your desired size.

Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
