Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon culinary-grade matcha powder

A pinch of sea salt

Fresh berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries for topping)

Optional: granola or crushed nuts for added crunch

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until well blended and creamy.

Divide the Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture into a silicone ice cube tray or mini muffin tin, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.

Add Matcha: In a small bowl, mix the matcha powder with a tablespoon of water until dissolved. You can adjust the amount depending on your taste preference. Carefully drizzle or swirl a small amount of the matcha mixture over the yogurt in each cavity to create a marbled effect.

Top with Fresh Berries: Sprinkle fresh berries on top of each yogurt bite. If you're using granola or crushed nuts, add them now as well for extra texture.

Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer and let the yogurt bites freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Remove and Serve: Once frozen, gently pop the yogurt bites out of the tray. Serve immediately as a refreshing snack or dessert.

Storage: If you have leftovers, store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
