Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for vanilla yogurt)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup sliced almonds (or any nut/seed of your choice)

2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.

Line the Tray: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang to aid in removal later.

Spread the Yogurt Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer, about 1/2 inch thick.

Add the Toppings: Evenly scatter the mixed berries, sliced almonds, and mini dark chocolate chips (if using) over the yogurt layer. Press them gently into the yogurt to ensure they adhere.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt bark freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Break Into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the tray from the freezer and use the parchment paper overhang to lift the yogurt bark out of the tray. Break it into chunks or slices.

Garnish and Serve: If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving. Enjoy straight from the freezer for a refreshing treat!
