Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (to sweeten)

1 cup mini pretzels (or regular pretzels, broken into pieces)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or any chocolate of your choice)

1/4 cup crushed nuts (such as almonds or walnuts, optional)

1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles (optional, for a fun touch)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Stir well until the mixture is smooth and the sweetener is fully incorporated.

Mix in Pretzels and Additional Ingredients: Gently fold in the mini pretzels to the yogurt mixture. If you're using chopped nuts, add them in at this stage. Make sure the pretzels are well-coated with the yogurt mixture.

Form Clusters: Take spoonfuls of the yogurt-pretzel mixture and drop them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping them into clusters. Leave a bit of space between each cluster, as they will spread slightly while freezing.

Add Chocolate Drizzle: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Once melted, drizzle the chocolate over each yogurt cluster using a spoon or a piping bag for more precision.

Sprinkle Some Fun: If you’re using sprinkles, add them on top of the chocolate drizzle before it sets.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until completely firm.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet. Enjoy immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.

Prep Time, Total Time, Servings: 15 minutes | 3 hours freezing | 12 clusters (serves about 6)
