Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed fresh fruit (such as diced strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and mango)

1/2 cup granola (optional for crunch)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional for drizzling)

A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Add Fruit: Gently fold in the mixed fresh fruit. If you're using bananas, you might want to add them last to keep them from breaking down too much.

Create Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, dollop the yogurt mixture onto the parchment in clusters. Make them about 2 inches in diameter, leaving space between each cluster.

Top with Granola (Optional): If you like a little crunch, sprinkle granola on top of each yogurt cluster before freezing.

Chocolate Drizzle (Optional): If you want to add a decadent touch, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in 15-second increments until smooth. Drizzle over the yogurt clusters using a fork or spoon.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 4-6 hours, or until the clusters are completely set and frozen solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy them straight from the freezer as a refreshing snack or dessert!
