Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 ½ cups granola (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

Line the Muffin Tin: Line a standard muffin tin with silicone or paper liners for easy removal later. Silicone liners are recommended for an easier release.

Layer the Granola: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of granola into the bottom of each muffin cup, pressing down gently to create a firm layer. Reserve some granola to top the cups later.

Add the Yogurt: Fill each muffin cup with the yogurt mixture, leaving a small space at the top. Tap the muffin tin gently on the counter to eliminate any air bubbles.

Add Berries and Chocolate Chips: Top the yogurt layer with a mix of fresh berries, pressing them down slightly. If desired, sprinkle some mini chocolate chips over the berries for extra sweetness and crunch.

Top with Granola: Add an additional sprinkle of granola on top of the filled cups for added texture.

Freeze the Cups: Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve: Once the cups are frozen, remove them from the tin by gently pulling at the edges of the liners. Let stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften slightly before serving.

Garnish and Enjoy: Optional: Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving for an aesthetically pleasing touch. Enjoy your delicious frozen yogurt granola cups as a refreshing snack or dessert!
