Ingredients

1 pound of fresh strawberries

1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola (optional, for topping)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prep the Strawberries: Rinse the strawberries gently under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Carefully cut off the green stems and hollow out each strawberry using a small paring knife or a melon baller. Make sure to create enough space for the yogurt filling but be careful not to break the strawberries.

Make the Yogurt Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until smooth and well blended. Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary.

Stuff the Strawberries: Using a small spoon or a piping bag, fill each hollowed strawberry with the yogurt mixture, making sure to pack it in well and slightly overflow at the top for a beautiful presentation.

Freeze the Stuffed Strawberries: Place the filled strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once all the strawberries are filled, transfer the baking sheet to the freezer. Freeze for about 2 hours or until the yogurt is firm.

Serve and Enjoy: When you’re ready to serve, take the stuffed strawberries out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften slightly. If desired, sprinkle granola on top for an extra crunch before enjoying these delightful treats.
