Ingredients

20 large pasta shells

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Shells: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the large pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a skillet, melt 1/2 cup of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic. Remove from heat.

Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Add the sautéed garlic butter, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Shells: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Take each cooked pasta shell and fill them generously with the chicken and cheese mixture. Place them seam-side up in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Add Alfredo Sauce: Pour the Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
