4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 lemon, zested and juiced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian herbs, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine. Add the chicken breasts and coat them thoroughly in the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15-30 minutes for maximum flavor (you can also marinate in the refrigerator overnight for a deeper flavor).

      Prepare the Green Beans: While the chicken is marinating, in another bowl, drizzle a little olive oil over the trimmed green beans. Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of the same Italian herbs used for the chicken. Toss to coat evenly.
