6 cups Golden Grahams cereal

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

1 cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pan: Begin by lining a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal after the bars are set. Lightly grease the parchment with cooking spray.

    Melt the Butter: In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter slowly. Once melted, remove from the heat.

      Mix in Marshmallows: Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter. Stir continuously until the marshmallows have completely melted and are smooth and gooey.

        Combine Cereal and Chocolate: Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. Then, add the Golden Grahams cereal and semi-sweet chocolate chips to the pot, mixing well until all the cereal is coated with the marshmallow mixture.

          Add Graham Cracker Crumbs: Gently fold in the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until evenly distributed throughout the mixture. The mixture should be sticky but manageable.

            Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Using a spatula or your greased hands, firmly press the mixture down into an even layer.

              Top with Chocolate Chips: Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips evenly over the top of the pressed mixture. If desired, gently press them into the surface to ensure they stick.
