4 whole wheat tortillas (10-inch)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium avocado, sliced

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup crumbled feta cheese (or shredded cheddar if preferred)

½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

Additional lime wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and green chili paste until well combined.

      - Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.

        Cook the Chicken:

          - Heat a grilling pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 75°C).

            - Remove the chicken from the heat, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice it into thin strips.

              Assemble the Wraps:

                - Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start by placing a handful of fresh spinach leaves in the center, followed by shredded lettuce.

                  - Add a few slices of avocado, a scoop of diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese.

                      Wrap and Serve:
