Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps

2 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup croutons (optional)

Fresh lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well in the marinade. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for better flavor).

    Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If you're using a grill, oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.

      Cook the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.

        Prepare the Wraps: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, and croutons (if using). Toss until the salad is evenly coated.

          Assemble the Wraps: Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas. Fold in the sides and then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.
