2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lime

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for heat)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt, to taste

For the Wraps:

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce (romaine or butter lettuce)

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or queso fresco (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator) to enhance the flavor.

    Make the Mango Salsa: In another bowl, mix together the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with salt. Toss gently to combine. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
