Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

6 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and kale)

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup sliced red onion

1/4 cup toasted pecans (or walnuts)

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken:

    - Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Allow them to marinate while you prepare the grill.

      Preheat the Grill:

        - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).

          Grill the Peaches:

            - Place the peach halves (cut side down) on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until they have nice grill marks and are slightly softened. Remove them and set aside.

              Grill the Chicken:

                - On the same grill, add the seasoned chicken breasts. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

                  Prepare the Salad Base:

                    - In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced red onion, walnuts (or pecans), and crumbled feta cheese.

                      Assemble the Salad:

                        - Slice the grilled chicken into strips. Add the chicken and grilled peaches to the salad bowl.

                          Dress the Salad:

                            - Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if necessary.
