8 oz thinly sliced ham

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package of refrigerated puff pastry (2 sheets)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Assemble the Sticks: On a lightly floured surface, roll out one sheet of puff pastry. Cut the pastry into rectangles about 4x6 inches in size. Place a slice of ham in the center of each rectangle, followed by a generous spoonful of the cheese mixture.

        Fold and Seal: Fold each rectangle in half over the filling to create a pocket. Use a fork to press the edges together and seal them tightly. Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry.

          Egg Wash: Place the filled pockets on the prepared baking sheets. Brush the tops of each pocket with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

            Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
