Hearty Air Fryer Artichoke and Caprese Wrap

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved

1 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes for a kick

Prep the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls. Gently toss in the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) until well combined.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the artichoke and caprese mixture among the tortillas, leaving a small border around the edges. Top each with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

      Wrap the Tortillas: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap. Ensure the filling is secured inside.

        Air Fry the Wraps: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. You can fit two to three wraps at a time, depending on the size of your air fryer. Lightly brush the wraps with olive oil to help them crisp up.

          Cook to Perfection: Air fry the wraps for about 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

            Serve: Once done, carefully remove the wraps from the air fryer. Allow them to cool for a minute before slicing them in half. Drizzle with extra balsamic glaze and serve warm.
