Ingredients

8 oz (225g) flat rice noodles

1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced

3 tbsp hoisin sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, grated

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

2 green onions, chopped

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking, then set aside.

Prepare the Beef Marinade: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.

Stir-Fry Vegetables: Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the red bell pepper and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are just tender but still crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Cook the Beef: In the same pan, add the marinated beef along with any remaining marinade. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring quickly, until the beef is browned and cooked through.

Combine Everything: Return the vegetables to the pan with the beef. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together, ensuring the noodles are coated with the sauce and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Plate the Hoisin Beef Noodles and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy your delicious dish!
