Ingredients

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup almond flour

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon chili powder (optional, for a kick)

Avocado oil or cooking spray (for baking)

Instructions

Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, then stir. If not completely melted, microwave in 15-second increments until smooth.

Mix the Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and chili powder (if using).

Combine Ingredients: Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough-like consistency forms. If the dough is sticky, feel free to add a bit more almond flour until manageable.

Roll the Dough: Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Roll it out using a rolling pin until it’s about ⅛ inch thick.

Cut into Chips: Remove the top layer of parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the rolled dough into triangular chip shapes.

Bake the Chips: Carefully lift the parchment paper with the cut chips onto the baking sheet. Spray lightly with avocado oil or coat with a brush. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.

Cool and Serve: Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. They will get crunchier as they cool. Serve with your favorite keto-friendly dip, like guacamole or salsa!
