1 pound kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch rounds

2 cups baby potatoes, halved

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 medium red onion, chopped

2 cups broccoli florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

½ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prep for the perfect roasting.
