4 chicken legs (thigh and drumstick)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 cup heavy cream

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon rosemary

    Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels. Season them generously with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
