Ingredients

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

1 pound ground beef

1 cup bacon, chopped (about 6 slices)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes, fresh or canned (drained)

1/2 cup pickles, chopped

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.

Brown the Beef: In the same skillet with the bacon fat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the beef and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Create the Alfredo Sauce: Lower the heat to medium-low. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and well combined, creating a creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the cooked fettuccine, crispy bacon, diced tomatoes, chopped pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Gently toss until everything is well coated with the sauce. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Divide the loaded bacon cheeseburger Alfredo pasta among plates or bowls. Garnish with additional crispy bacon and chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor. Serve warm.
