Ingredients

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

4 strips of bacon, chopped

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)

¼ cup diced pickles (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

Fry the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels, leaving the bacon drippings in the skillet.

Brown the Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef to the bacon drippings. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook the beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Reduce the heat to low, and pour the heavy cream into the skillet with the cooked beef. Whisk in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency.

Combine Everything: Add the cooked fettuccine and crispy bacon to the sauce. Toss gently to coat all the pasta with the creamy sauce. If using, fold in the diced tomatoes and pickles for added flavor and texture.

Serve: Divide the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta among plates or bowls. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and serve hot.
