Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb ground beef

6 strips of bacon, chopped

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: sliced jalapeños for an extra kick

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Brown the Ground Beef: In the same skillet, leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat, then add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, about 5-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Sauté Onions and Garlic: Add the diced onion to the beef and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Cheese It Up: Gradually stir in both cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring continuously until fully melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combine Pasta and Bacon: Add the cooked fettuccine and crispy bacon to the skillet, tossing everything together until the pasta is well-coated with the Alfredo sauce.

Serve: Plate the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta and top with halved cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, and optional sliced jalapeños for extra flavor.
