1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)

½ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until well combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.

      Layer the Ingredients: Evenly sprinkle the shredded coconut over the crust. Follow with the semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts, if using.

        Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the layered ingredients. Make sure it gets into all corners for even sweetness.

          Season with Salt and Vanilla: Sprinkle the sea salt and drizzle the vanilla extract over the top for an extra pop of flavor.

            Bake: Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the bars begin to bubble.
