2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 limes, juiced

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 avocado, diced for added creaminess

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, black beans, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño.

    Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl.

      Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the mixture, ensuring everything is well-coated.

        Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing gently to combine all ingredients. If using, add the diced avocado and carefully fold it into the salsa.

          Cover with plastic wrap and let the salsa sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
