2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lime juice

4 whole-wheat pita pockets

Optional: sliced jalapeños for heat

Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated with spices.

    Make the Mango Salsa: In another bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Gently fold the mixture together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

      Mix in Yogurt: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with a pinch of salt and additional lime juice (to taste) to create a tangy sauce.
