Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice preference)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Juice of 1 lemon

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1/4 cup heavy cream

Optional: Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Salmon: On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out the salmon fillets. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Make the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk together until well combined.

Add Cherry Tomatoes: Place the halved cherry tomatoes around the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle half of the sauce over the salmon and tomatoes.

Bake the Salmon: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare the Cream Sauce: While the salmon is baking, pour the remaining sauce into a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently until it thickens slightly.

Combine and Serve: Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle the cream sauce over the fillets. Sprinkle chopped basil leaves on top for freshness.

Plate and Enjoy: Serve your Marry Me Salmon with lemon wedges on the side and accompany it with rice or a fresh salad to complete the meal.
