2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (grilled or rotisserie)

1 cup fettuccine or penne pasta (cooked al dente)

1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for added spice

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well, making sure everything is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Assemble the Tortilla Melts: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto one half of the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch from the edge. Fold the other half over to create a half-moon shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas until all the mixture is used.

      Cook the Tortilla Melts: Heat the olive oil or melted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the folded tortillas in the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your skillet.
