4 large whole wheat flatbreads

½ cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Grill or Skillet: Heat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. If using a grill, oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.
