4 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil or cooking spray (for greasing)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the bagels: Slice the mini bagels in half and place them cut side up on the baking sheet. Lightly drizzle or spray the tops with olive oil for a crisp texture.
