Ingredients

For the crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the topping:

Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

Optional: chocolate shavings or crushed nuts for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the crust:

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand.

      Layer the crust:

Take four serving cups or jars and evenly distribute the crust mixture at the bottom of each cup, pressing down gently to create a firm layer. Set aside.

          Make the cheesecake filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated and fluffy.

              Whip the cream:

In another bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream and whip it using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes.

                  Combine the mixtures:

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream; you want your cheesecake filling to stay light and airy.

                      Assemble the cups:

Spoon the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust layer in each cup, filling them almost to the top. You can use a piping bag for a more polished look or simply spoon it in.

                          Chill:

Cover each cup with plastic wrap or a lid and place them in the refrigerator. Allow them to chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

                              Add toppings:

Just before serving, top each cheesecake cup with fresh berries and, if desired, sprinkle some chocolate shavings or crushed nuts for added texture and flavor.

                                  Serve & enjoy:

Remove the cheesecake cups from the refrigerator, remove covers, and serve chilled. Enjoy your delightful, creamy treat!
