1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 full sheets)

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup milk chocolate chips, melted

½ cup mini chocolate chips, for topping

Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, unsweetened cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

    Make the filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.

      Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until there are no lumps.

        Add chocolate and marshmallows: Stir in the melted milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

          Assemble the pie: Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top for decoration.
