1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

¼ cup strawberry jam (optional, for glaze)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a lined 9x9-inch baking dish to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling.

    Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese until fully incorporated.

      Arrange Strawberries: Layer half of the sliced strawberries evenly over the chilled crust. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries and gently spread it out. Layer the remaining strawberries on top, followed by the rest of the cream cheese mixture. Smooth the top with a spatula.

        Chill the Bars: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the bars to set properly.

          Add Glaze (Optional): If desired, warm the strawberry jam in a small saucepan over low heat until slightly melted. Drizzle over the top of the chilled bars for an elegant touch.
