2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 cup unsalted pistachios, shelled and lightly toasted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

Prepare the Pistachios: If they aren’t already toasted, spread the shelled pistachios on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes, or until fragrant. Let them cool, then roughly chop half and finely grind the other half in a food processor.

    Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, ground pistachios, and salt until well blended.

        Fold Ingredients: Gently fold the whipped cream into the pistachio mixture in three additions. Use a spatula to combine the mixtures without deflating the whipped cream, ensuring a light and airy texture.
