4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup long-grain white rice

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup frozen peas

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they're golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
