1 cup milk

1 large egg

2 tablespoons melted butter

6-8 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus extra for garnish)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Serving:

Maple syrup

Whipped cream

Prepare the Oreo Filling:

    - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well-blended. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed. Set aside.

      Make the Pancake Batter:

        - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined. In another bowl, mix together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

          Heat the Pan:

            - Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.

              Cook the Pancakes:

                - For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Allow it to cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes).
