1 cup diced fresh peaches (about 2 medium peaches)

1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 cup vanilla ice cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
