4 oz goat cheese, crumbled

1 cup pecans, halved

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Candied Pecans:
