Ingredients

1 pound of ribeye steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 ounces of macaroni pasta

2 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente, about 6-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Steak: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell peppers. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Make the Cream Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth and heavy cream. Pour this mixture over the steak and vegetable mixture. Stir in the cooked macaroni until everything is coated evenly.

Layer the Casserole: Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with provolone, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses evenly across the top.

Bake: Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
