Ingredients

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 oz provolone cheese, sliced

12 slider buns

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until just browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and green bell peppers. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, then return the cooked steak to the skillet and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.

Assemble the Sliders: Evenly distribute the steak and vegetable mixture over the bottom half of the slider buns. Top with provolone cheese slices, covering the beef and veggies generously. Place the top halves of the slider buns on top.

Butter the Buns: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the garlic butter over the top of the slider buns for added flavor and richness.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting into individual sliders. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
