1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

2 tablespoons chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for extra nutrition)

Instructions
 

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Stir until well combined.
