Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Prepare the Dough: Take the refrigerated pizza dough and roll it out onto a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide and 6 inches long.
Make the Garlic Herb Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Coat the Dough: Brush the herb mixture generously over each strip of dough. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the coated dough.
Arrange in Air Fryer: Place the coated dough strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd – leave space for air to circulate (you may need to do this in batches).
Air Fry: Cook the breadsticks in the air fryer for about 6-8 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Serve: Once cooked, carefully remove the breadsticks from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
