1 lb ground beef

8 oz egg noodles

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

        Mix Ingredients: In the same skillet, stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until combined and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

          Combine Noodles and Beef Mixture: Gently fold the cooked egg noodles into the beef mixture. If using, add the frozen peas and mix until everything is well combined.

            Assemble Casserole: Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

              Bake Casserole: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

                Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
