1 cup unsalted butter (melted)

1 ½ cups granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon red food coloring

1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon cocoa powder

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup white chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips)

½ cup cream cheese (softened)

1 cup powdered sugar

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix well until fully incorporated. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring until the mixture is uniform.

      Sift Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

        Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix! Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
