1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup Nutella

2 large eggs

½ cup sour cream

½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

A pinch of salt

Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Pour the melted butter into the mixture and stir until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper, forming an even layer. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

    Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Incorporate the vanilla extract and Nutella, blending until everything is fully incorporated.
