2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups beef broth

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

2 cups carrots, sliced

1 cup celery, sliced

1 cup frozen peas

8 oz egg noodles

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Sear the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef cubes in a little oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. This step enhances the flavor.

    Combine Ingredients: In your slow cooker, add the browned beef, diced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
