1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (15 oz) corn, drained

4 cups chicken broth

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lime, juiced

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla strips (for serving)

Grated cheese (optional, for topping)

Avocado slices (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

Prepare Ingredients: Start by dicing the onion, red bell pepper, and mincing the garlic. This will give your soup a fresh base of flavor.
